Truth be told CCP will and has handled this according to their own code of conduct and protocols. In the end we have no right to dictate to them what these protocols should or should not do. It is their matter and they will handle it how they see fit for the circumstances.
IF you have decided that they are not handling they way YOU would like. Feel FREE to tell them what you think in any way YOU feel necessary.
HOWEVER.. It is neither necessary, nor pertinent to your argument or thoughts to attempt to label all those who don't necessarily agree with YOUR point of view as the enemy.

True, not nearly all people who won't quit are BoB alts. On your second comment, both sides seem to be doing this. First part gets called bob alts, dev alts, cheaters, sheep etc. And the other whiners, noobs, loosers... Lots of love in the air.
Customers usually have 2 options to deal with the situation if they aren't happy about the way company they are investing their money in is running things. First, they can complain/protest on the official forums, in game and to outside media about it. Second is withdrawing your financial support from them (cancelling sub, asking credit card company to return the money invested if companys actions warrant it).
Personally I found the way they dealt with this cheating incident not to my liking at all thus far and so I cancelled. No need to rehash that stuff here though, there's 99+ page long thread in the eve portal forum about it.
